(Um…who doesn’t?) I like a lot of programs out there but there not as fun as I think they should be. I want to feel amazing while I work on my amazing ness. Of course this development has been spawning from my workouts at home, messing around with my choreography and pieces of workout programs at the gym or via video that I love!

Anything related to planks make me giddy inside…yeah, I am kind of freak, but have you looked at what planks work in your body (everything!)….yep, I’ll admit it, I am obsessed! Then there are the different standing and lifting your leg ghetto dance kind of workouts. Those are always fun! Shaun T from Insanity has inspired a lot these ideas. Dancing, dancing and more dancing! Dancers have the hottest bodies out there and…drum roll…they can dance! LOL! Okay, so there a few resources out there and I’m going to put them together to a smokin’ hot program!

Today I shared a ten minute series with a few friends to see how they responded and you guessed it! They are sore and loving it! My transitions need work, no doubt I definitely have a ways to go, but just getting it going is the fun part! It’s quite exciting actually, so much I can’t sleep!
