We hear so much about Shakeology and all the benefits but what about the taste. The flavors and ways to enjoy it? I was uncertain and imagined boring ol’ water…I know you’re probably thinking the same. This page is for you to make the best of your Shakeology experience while you are just one meal a day away from the healthiest you!

Also, for those of you looking for more of that smoothie texture and not gritty, add 1/2 to 1 cup of ice to these recipes or even greek yogurt. Always use natural ingredients , including stevia or pure maple syrup or various types of milk without any added sugars.

My Favorite Chocolate Shakeology Recipes

“It’s like a brownie in a cup” my daughters like to say….We love Chocolate Shakeology, which is also available in Vegan. Chocolate brownie isn’t the only flavor out there. Here are some of my favorite Chocolate Shakeology recipes –  just add one serving of Chocolate Shakeology to the following:

  1. Plain: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup of ice optional
  2. Peanut Butter Cup: 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup ice
  3. Mint Chocolate Chip: 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon of pure mint extract
  4. Mocha Chiller: 1 cup of cold brewed coffee
  5. Frozen Chocolate Covered Strawberries: 1 cup of water, 1 cup frozen strawberries
  6. Almond Mocha Chiller: 1 cup cold brewed coffee, 1 teaspoon of almond extract
  7. Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee: 1 cup cold brewed coffee, 1 teaspoon of hazelnut extract
  8. Breakfast at Hazel’s: 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon of hazelnut extract
  9. Almond Joy: 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

The best Summer recipes and Shakeology smoothies are with Strawberry. Vegan or regular it’s the bomb. You can mix it with a variety of fruits or mix it with some not-so-conventional ingredients to give you a more exotic taste. If it’s a super hot day double your ice and make a yummy sorbet! The following are my favorite Tropical Strawberry Shakeology recipes – just add one serving of Tropical Strawberry Shakeology to the following:

  2. Berry Delicious: 1 cup water, 1 cup frozen berry mix
  3. Strawberry Mojito: 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
  4. Orange Sunrise: 1/2 cup water,  1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  5. Sweet Mango: 1 cup water, 1/2 cup sliced mango, 1 teaspoon raw honey
  6. Kiwi Strawberry: 1 cup water, 1 kiwi fruit peeled, 1 cup ice
  7. Blue Strawberry: 1 cup water, 1 cup frozen blueberries

Greenberry Shakeology

Greenberry was one of the original flavors of Shakeology. It has a more earthy flavor and you can mix it with some fruit for a tasty, and even healthier, shake. Here are a few of my favorite Greenberry Shakeology recipes – just add one serving of Greenberry Shakeology to the following:

  4. Blueberry Breeze: 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup 100% orange juice, 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Cake in a cup?!? Yes please! Shakeology is perfect for those looking for a more subtle flavor. Vanilla is great for creating your own flavor, because it doesn’t have a very strong flavor as chocolate or strawberry.
